Tanja's great. When it came down to executing, Tanja was on top of it, fast, responsive, and detail-oriented. The stage between deciding to give an offer and closing escrow is pretty stressful, and we are thankful that Tanja was shepherding us along. While we were celebrating our offer being accepted, Tanja was already on the phone with the mortgage folks, hurrying them along. At our first meeting, she asked us some questions to get a sense of what we were interested in, and then honed in on what we were after with a few tours. She read us perfectly and pushed our boundaries and criteria a bit. She was a great person to tour with, offering opinions (she has done her share of renovations) and educating us on the process and the SF market.
